Attagirl. That's the sort of thing a lawyer needs to get back in the groove. Works for me, too.
I hope your issue, whatever it is, was properly preserved. I hate plain error review.
Honestly, Larry, I'm so good, plain error review doesn't scare me. This particular issue is one no one in this state would ever have thought to argue before. They won't know what hit them and so they'll give me whatever I ask for.
So what, exactly, Sarah, is your issue? Don't tease me. I'm an appellate lawyer, too, so if you have that good an issue, please share what that the issue is and how you are approaching it. Thanks
Larry, e-mail me and I'll tell you. I don't think it's as good as the last issue everyone pooh-poohed that I'm going to win, but it's still pretty good.
