I said no, Brett. Unretiring again is a terrible idea. Especially to play for the Vikings, Green Bay's most hated rival. You could have been a legend in Green Bay. A god, even. Now you will be booed. And what's worse, laughed at if you perform poorly. Lead the league in interceptions and it will happen in Green Bay. Your legacy will be irrevocably tarnished by this silliness.
I can't help but think that you are doing this for the wrong reason: to stick it to the Packers for not welcoming you back the first time you unretired. You are making yourself look bad, weak and indecisive. These are perceptions no quarterback should give.
You should have just said no.

Agreed. Agreed. Agreed.
He's a hall of fame quarterback that's acting desperate.
Did he not see how John Elway did it? You retire. You go to the Hall of Fame. You play golf and spend time with your family.
I'm so sad for him. Because he was going to be remembered as one of the greatest quarterbacks ever and now he'll be remembered as the one that wouldn't quit and ended up with the most interceptions ever.
