It's sad on many many many leve...It's sad. It's sad on many many many levels. It's sad because they wanted to have the vote and because they had the votes to pass it, people in the gallery screamend acted out so that they couldn't vote.

There are things in that bill that are good. Abortion is a surgery and the clinics that perform them should be held up to the same standards as surgery centers. Places like Gosnell's house of horrors should exist. And it's not a one off, because there's one in Houston too.

I know I brought this up on FB but the fact of the matter is that if there's an issue with the baby or life of the mother most physicians will do a d&c. They will recommend one. Like Tim Tebow's mom? It would have been a d&c. My friends had a baby who had something wrong, doc recommended a d&c.

Fact of the matter is that these abortion horror houses that perform late term abortions are elective. They are elective for horribly vapid reasons; and you nailed the most common one ... because they husband or boyfriend (come on it's usually the boyfriend) left them and they don't want to be a single parent.

I HATE that. I hate it with the passion of a thousand suns. I don't like abortion as a general rule but I don't want it outlawed. What I don't want is viable babies aborted because dysfunctional people didn't want to wear a condom.

I haven't read the whole law and I know there's probably some ridiculousness thrown in because all politicians do that. But the science is going to force change because doctors can save babies born earlier and earlier. 24 weeks is now too long. In my opinion it's way, way, way too long. At 20w theirs fingers and toes and four chambers in the heart and kidneys. It's a person.

And just because one of the parents wants out doesn't mean you murder the baby.BellsforStacyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02032366148476863438noreply@blogger.com
